As we enter the Fall season, it’s important to protect you and your family from the flu and COVID-19. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) encourages individuals to get the flu and COVID-19 vaccines as added protection from viruses that change every year.

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation in partnership with the Aspen Institute Forum for Community Solutions (AIFCS) recently invited several local nonprofit organizations that focus on engaging disconnected young adults (Opportunity Youth – OY) to participate in an information session to identify at least one local organization to be part of The Aspen Institute’s Innovation Fund. Congratulations to Dr. Linda Lawson on being named an El Paso Inc. 2022 Woman of Impact. Dr. Lawson and five other honorees were selected for their positive impact to the community related to health, education, and quality of life.
