Are you a values-driven, creative storyteller who loves amplifying impact and inspiring community engagement? The Paso del Norte Health Foundation is looking for a Director of Communications to lead innovative strategies that share our mission and connect people to the work of improving lives across our region.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies that raise awareness and build our brand.
  • Create and manage media opportunities that showcase the Foundation’s mission in action.
  • Lead engaging content across websites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Guide storytelling, marketing, and public awareness campaigns that drive community change.
  • Supervise a creative team and collaborate with partners, including the Paso del Norte Community Foundation and Fundacion Paso del Norte, to keep our messaging strong and consistent.
