REALIZE Board Lunch and Learn Sessions Now Available

With funding from the Paso del Norte Health Foundation, the United Way of El Paso County offers the REALIZE Board Training Program to equip nonprofit board members with the skills they need to effectively support nonprofit organizations’ missions and community impact.

Courses are led by trainers with expertise in the nonprofit sector using the BoardSource curriculum. BoardSource is the gold-standard leader in board leadership, supporting, training, and educating nonprofit leaders worldwide.
