As the Paso del Norte Health Foundation celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2025, the board and staff are engaging in a strategic planning process to review the vision and mission and guide strategic priorities for the next five years. The Health Foundation seeks input from grantees and community stakeholders as part of the process. Please take a few moments to complete the survey by Friday, February 28, 2025.
