REALIZE Executive Cohort Deepens Leadership Practice in Marfa, Texas

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation recently held the second and final off-site experience for REALIZE, the Health Foundation’s executive leadership experience, in Marfa, Texas. The three-day retreat focused on being a strong leader and incorporated various activities, presentations, and sessions that leveraged the artistic small town’s charm. Cohort members explored concepts of trust within a team, their leadership presence, and empathy for those being led.

REALIZE Executive is a world-class leadership development experience, custom-designed by international leadership experts and the Paso del Norte Health Foundation staff. It empowers emerging top-level managers in the Paso del Norte region to evolve into stronger, more effective leaders—not just by learning about leadership, but by challenging themselves to embody it in practice.
