New staff member joins Foundation team

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation and Paso del Norte Community Foundation are pleased to welcome Diana Seabrooks as our new Accounting Support Assistant.
Ms. Seabrooks will support the Accounting/Finance Department working on Foundation payables, reports, and customer service.
Ms. Seabrooks grew up in El Paso and Ciudad Juárez and received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from BYU-Idaho in 2021 with emphasis in Finance. She has three children, and in her spare time enjoys food, reading books and spending time with her parents, who she visits in Juárez every weekend. …

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) El Paso recently commemorated its partnership with the Paso del Norte Health Foundation and health partners across the region with a sculpture by El Paso artist Julio Sanchez De Alba. The Health Foundation awards new grants for start of 2022

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation recently awarded 14 grants totaling more than $2 million under the Healthy Living and Health Leadership priority areas. The Healthy Living, Disease Prevention & Management, and Health Leadership are the three priority areas that drive our work, in partnership with organizations that implement initiatives and programs to improve health in the region.
$743,000 was awarded to eight organizations as part of the Healthy Kids Initiative and $169,000 to two organizations under A Smoke Free Paso del Norte Initiative.
