REALIZE Executive

The Health Foundation is looking for nominations for its fifth REALIZE Executive experience this year. The cohort will be limited to 20 individuals. We invite you to submit a nomination of a non-profit or community health leader by emailing the nominee’s name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and a brief paragraph regarding the nominee to: REALIZE@pdnhf.org. REALIZE Board

With funding support from the Paso del Norte Health Foundation in honor of Robert H. Hoy, Jr., the United Way of El Paso County is ensuring the success of nonprofit organizations in our region by offering REALIZE Board Training. Through workshops, training, and summits, REALIZE Board Training is ensuring nonprofit boards of directors are prepared to undertake their critical responsibilities.

Monthly Lunch & Learn
This series features a foundational set of courses that build upon each other throughout the year during the lunch hour. Each course is $20 and provides specialized education in nonprofit board governance, board roles and responsibilities, and fiscal oversight.

Young Leadership Society (YLS) Cohort
Training for YLS members is designed to increase the involvement of young professionals on nonprofit governing boards. YLS is United Way’s donor network for young professionals developing the next generation of philanthropic and civic leaders.

Individual Organization Training
Receive personalized nonprofit board training led by local BoardSource certified trainers based on your organization’s needs.
