The Paso del Norte Health Foundation leads, leverages and invests in initiatives, programs and policies that promote health and prevent disease in the Paso del Norte region.

REGION
The Paso del Norte Health Foundation operates in a unique binational environment, which stretches across two countries and three states. This region serves the 2.4 million people living in El Paso and Hudspeth Counties in far west Texas, Doña Ana, Luna, and Otero Counties in southern New Mexico, and the municipality of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

FINANCIAL INVESTMENT
The Paso del Norte Health Foundation granted more than $249.9 million to 300+ organizations across the Borderplex and completed 2023 with $282.2 million in assets, up from $130 million in 1996, keeping administrative expenses below 1%.
