Here are some tips from the American Heart Association to help you and your family enjoy a healthy Halloween:

  1. Have a healthy meal BEFORE heading out to trick-or-treat.
  2. Walk from door-to-door instead of driving.
  3. Check expiration dates and inspect all edibles before allowing children to eat them.
