This month, we’re excited to share two healthy holiday recipes courtesy of Common Threads El Paso, a grantee of the Paso del Norte Health Foundation’s Healthy Eating Initiative. Common Threads El Paso is dedicated to equipping children and families with essential cooking and nutrition skills. Through engaging, hands-on programs such as Cooking Skills, World Cuisine, and Small Bites, students from Pre-K through 8th grade learn to make healthier food choices while developing their culinary confidence.
