We serve 2.4 million people from three states across two countries - Luna, Doña Ana and Otero Counties of New Mexico, El Paso and Hudspeth Counties of Texas and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

We have granted more than $187 million to 300+ organizations across the Borderplex and completed 2018 with $224.6 million in assets, up from $130 million in 1996, keeping administrative expenses below 1%.
PDN Health Data Center
PDN Health Data Center is a free, publicly available resource for population data and community health information for the Paso del Norte region.
Paso del Norte Trail
The Paso del Norte Trail is a community-driven, collaborative effort to develop and implement a master plan for a 60-mile county-wide trail in El Paso County. The goal is to develop a multi-use, recreational trail that will become a regional attraction that connects communities, celebrates El Paso’s history and culture, highlights the Rio Grande, promotes health and active living, and catalyzes economic development.

Parents, grandparents, and caregivers need to be aware of a growing problem youth are facing today. The rise in Tetrahydrocannabinol oil (THC) vaping. According to the County of El Paso Juvenile Probation Department, the number of youth between the ages of 10 and 16 charged with THC possession increased from 16 cases in 2017 to a frightening 248 cases in 2019.
Why is the increase in THC possession so frightening? Persons caught in possession of THC in Texas may face felony charges, that could lead to fines, probation or jail time. In some cases, parents can also be charged and punished….
