A message from the CEO on COVID-19
The Paso del Norte Health Foundation is deeply committed to the health and safety of the residents of our region. We are working in partnership with County of El Paso and multiple partners from across the region to help individuals and families reduce the risk of spreading or contracting COVID-19. Additionally, the Paso del Norte Community Foundation is working with multiple community partners on ten different COVID-19 Response Funds supporting a range of needs in our binational community from funds to support the purchase of PPE for first responders in El Paso and Ciudad Juárez to funds supporting the most vulnerable including homeless, elderly and food insecure.

Region
We serve 2.4 million people from three states across two countries - Luna, Doña Ana and Otero Counties of New Mexico, El Paso and Hudspeth Counties of Texas and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Investing in Health
We have granted more than $198.6 million to 300+ organizations across the Borderplex and completed 2019 with $249.3 million in assets, up from $130 million in 1996, keeping administrative expenses below 1%.

PDN Health Data Center is a free, publicly available resource for population data and community health information for the Paso del Norte region.

REALIZE Executive
The goal of the REALIZE experience is to inspire already effective leaders to become transformational leaders for the benefit of the region’s health. Customized for the Paso del Norte region and built on nine leadership attributes, REALIZE offers a cohort of twenty executives, the opportunity for individualized leadership growth over fifteen months.

50,000 KN95 masks donated for El Paso residents

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation extends its sincere thanks to Marilyn Levi-Baumgarten and Project N95 for their recent donation of 50,000 KN95 masks for residents of El Paso. Project N95 is a National COVID-19 PPE and Diagnostic Testing Clearinghouse that helps nonprofits throughout the country who serve diverse populations obtain KN95 masks so they can safely continue providing much needed services.
