Mercedez is the friendly face you first meet when visiting our office. She provides administrative and general support for the Paso del Norte Health Foundation and the Paso del Norte Community Foundations.

Born and raised in El Paso, Mercedez has been in the customer care industry for over 10 years. Customer care has always been her passion. She makes everyone feel welcome and provides personal attention to show our dedication to each individual who calls or visits our organization. Mercedez has nine children, and in her spare time, she enjoys reading books and spending as much time as possible with her family. She also loves being creative and planning events, especially when they bring people together for so much fun and laughter.
