REALIZE Leadership Program

REALIZE In 2011, the Paso del Norte Health Foundation initiated its REALIZE program. The initial offering was a fifteen-month leadership experience for leaders of organizations engaged in promoting health and social services within the Paso del Norte region. The purpose of this endeavor was to transform already effective leaders into “transformational leaders” for the benefit of the region’s health.
