REALIZE Board training in El Paso and Las Cruces

Are you looking to join a nonprofit board with an understanding of best practices in nonprofit governance?
The REALIZE Board is a custom board leadership program designed to ensure the success of nonprofit organizations, boards, and executives. Through workshops, training, and summits, the REALIZE Board program fully prepares individuals to undertake their critical responsibilities of serving their organizations and the community.
The Lunch and Learn series offers one-hour courses on understanding board member roles and responsibilities, nonprofit board structure, fundraising fundamentals, financial due diligence, and more.
Local BoardSource-certified trainers lead courses. BoardSource is the gold-standard leader in board leadership, supporting, training, and educating nonprofit leaders across the country and around the world.
REALIZE Board is an initiative of the Paso del Norte Health Foundation and works in partnership with United Way of El Paso County.

Cost of attendance is $20, which includes a lunch.
