Open Call for Proposals - Think.Change Initiative

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation is pleased to invite eligible agencies to submit applications under the Paso del Norte Health Foundation’s Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being Priority Area. Applicants are encouraged to download and read the Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being Strategic Plan. Eligible applicants include nonprofit tax-exempt organizations, including churches and units of government, located in the Paso del Norte Region. See www.pdnhf.org for grant guidelines including what PDNHF does not fund.

Deadlines & Schedule: - Open call for applications released: March 23, 2016 - Completed online applications due: 10:00 a. m. May 27, 2016 - Funding cycle starts: November 1, 2016 but other dates may be proposed
