Investing in grants and charitable expenses through 111 grants in 2023

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation ended the 2023 calendar year with $282.2 million in assets, up from $130 million in 1995. The Health Foundation invested $12.8 million in grants and charitable expenses through 111 grants across three priority areas to expand the opportunity for individuals to live healthy lives. Total grantmaking since inception rose to nearly $249.9 million. Administrative expenses remained less than 1 percent of foundation assets.
