Health Foundation Announces New Board Officers and Members for 2025

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation is pleased to announce Amy Marcus as Board Chair and Carlos Fernandez as Vice Chair of the 2025 Board of Directors.

Ms. Marcus has served on the Health Foundation Board since 2021, including two terms as Chair of the Allocations Committee. She is an active community volunteer, currently serving on the boards of Leadership Women and Texas Hillel, and is a former president of The Junior League of El Paso. Mr. Fernandez joined the Health Foundation Board in 2020 and has served two terms as Chair of the Finance, Audit, and IT Committee. He is a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch.

The Health Foundation is also pleased to welcome five new board members elected for three-year terms: Leila Melendez, Workforce Solutions Borderplex; Ronnie Lowenfield, CASA Auto Group; Mylena Walker, Cardinal Health; Socorro Rodriguez, WestStar Bank; and Jeanne Lipson; Sunflower Bank, along with Dr. Maria Prodanovic-Nutis, who was elected for a second three-year term.
