Health Foundation announces new Board Chair and Members

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Sharon Butterworth as the new 2017-18 Board Chair. Ms. Butterworth has served on the board since 2013 and is a community advocate on mental health issues.

Hector Retta was appointed as Vice-Chair and Chair-Elect. He has served on the board since 2014 and is Vice Chairman and CEO of Capital Bank. The Health Foundation also elected three new members to the Board of Directors – Ernesto Avila with Capital Bank, Ed Escudero with High Desert Capital and Susan Melendez with Borderplex Alliance.
