Foundation to Share Experience at Philanthropy Southwest Annual Conference

September 24, 2020

Tracy J. Yellen, CEO of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation and Paso del Norte Health Foundation, will participate in a lightening talk to share her experiences “Responding to and Rebuilding after Crisis” at Philanthropy Southwest’s Annual Conference: Roadshow Edition – One Day, Eight Cities, A Million Ways to Impact,” set for October 21st.

Foundation leaders throughout the southwest will gather in person or through digital streaming options to attend the conference and connect with other foundations. Small in-person events will be held in eight Southwest cities: Albuquerque, Denver, Fort Worth, Houston, Little Rock, Midland, Phoenix, and Tulsa.

Ms. Yellen will provide insight into the response, communications and partnerships needed in preparing for future crises, gained from the Foundations’ role in response efforts to support refugees at the border, victims of the August 3rd Mass Shooting, and coronavirus pandemic. She will be among philanthropic leaders working to foster transformational change during these unpredictable times.
