El Paso County ARPA – Notice of Funding Opportunity

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation and Paso del Norte Community Foundation are pleased to share the County of El Paso’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for ~$9.7 million in ARPA funds that the County of El Paso has earmarked to support nonprofits and other entities addressing high priority needs in El Paso County. The County contracted with the Foundations to help facilitate the development, review, and recommendations related to ARPA Funds and related NOFO.
Eligible organizations are invited to submit an application through the Health Foundation’s online grant system.
Eligible applicants include:
- 501(c)3 public charities and 501(c)19 organizations headquartered in El Paso County;
- Faith-based organizations providing social services to the broader community in El Paso County; and
- Government and quasi-governmental entities in El Paso County that have not received CSLFRF funds directly from the state or federal government.
- Organizations must be incorporated before March 1, 2020.
