The Paso del Norte Trail Foundation and network of trails relies heavily on people like you! Becoming a Friend of the Trail means being a volunteer, ambassador, donor, or all three. Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month on Thursday, September 30 with a walk on the Independence portion of the Paso del Norte Trail at Shawver Park! The free, family-friendly walk begins at 6:30 p.m. at Shawver Park and ending at Whittier Drive in the Mission Valley.
