That’s why the Paso del Norte Health Foundation, in partnership with the United Way of El Paso County, proudly supports the REALIZE Board Lunch & Learn Training Program. This program is designed to give nonprofit board members the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to lead with excellence and amplify their organization’s mission and impact.

Led by expert trainers using the BoardSource curriculum—the gold standard in nonprofit governance—participants will gain practical skills in board roles and responsibilities, strategic structures, fundraising, and fiscal oversight. Each 90-minute Lunch & Learn includes a boxed lunch, access to valuable supplemental resources, and a certificate upon completion.
