Paso del Norte Health Foundation Announces New Communications Director, Staff Promotions

The Paso del Norte Health Foundation hired Adriana Candelaria as the new Director of Communications.
In this role, she will lead internal and external communication strategies for the Foundation and supports its sister organization, the Paso del Norte Community Foundation.
Adriana is a native of Socorro, Texas, and graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Mass Communications – Electronic Media. She worked in the El Paso market as a news reporter and anchor from 2017 to 2021. Before being hired by PdNHF, she served as a Public Information Officer at Anthony Independent School District.
PdNHF promoted Diana Rodriguz-Seabrooks to Operations Manager. In her new role, Diana will oversee human resources administration, IT administration, and executive support for the Board of Directors and the CEO. Diana earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from BYU–Idaho in 2021 and has been an invaluable member of the PdNHF and Paso del Norte Community Foundation teams since 2022.
Ashley Olivares has also been promoted to Accounting Associate, where she will support the Accounting Department with accounts payable, reporting, and other accounting functions for both PdNHF and the Paso del Norte Community Foundation. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Finance, both from The University of Texas at El Paso. She has been a part of the team since 2023.
These leadership additions and promotions reflect PdNHF’s commitment to maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders and the public while upholding the highest standards in operations and accounting to continue effectively serving the region.
