Fundación Paso del Norte Kicks Off REALIZE Executive in Juárez

Eighteen leaders from Juárez were selected to participate in the third cohort of the REALIZE Leadership experience. Over the next 10 months, these executives that come from various nonprofits and diverse backgrounds will participate in a comprehensive program of training, executive coaching, and evaluations. The goal is to inspire them to become transformational leaders while strengthening key skills for both their personal and professional growth.

REALIZE in Juárez is modeled after the successful Paso del Norte Health Foundation’s REALIZE Executive program. This program offers a deeply human experience, fostering collaboration among participants to ultimately benefit quality of life in our region.
