Celebrating Leadership: Juárez Graduates Complete REALIZE Executive Program

The Fundación Paso del Norte proudly announces the graduation of the third REALIZE Executive cohort in Cd. Juárez. This year, 18 exceptional nonprofit leaders completed a transformative 10-month experience that included in-depth leadership training, executive coaching, and immersive retreats.

The program fosters personal growth and deep peer connections, cultivating a network of leaders committed to strengthening their organizations and driving meaningful change across the region.

Brought to Juárez by Fundación Paso del Norte with support from the Paso del Norte Health Foundation, the REALIZE Executive program is a premier leadership development experience. Developed by international experts in partnership with Health Foundation staff, the program is tailored for emerging top-level executives in the Paso del Norte region. It equips participants with the tools, insights, and relationships to lead with vision and impact.
