Celebrate Diabetes Awareness Month at the El Paso Center for Diabetes Community Open House Event!

November 13, 2025

Did you know that more than 15% of El Paso County residents live with diabetes — a rate higher than both the Texas and national averages? Many more are living with prediabetes. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of diabetes—such as excessive thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, and unexplained weight changes—and getting screened early can make a life-changing difference.

This Diabetes Awareness Month, the El Paso Center for Diabetes invites you to take charge of your health at their Community Open House.

Enjoy a morning of wellness activities, education, and community connections—all free and open to the public.

Saturday, November 22 | 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
New Location: 8700 Montana Ave.
