2024 Annual Report Grants and Finances: A Mosaic of Impact

At the end of 2024, the Health Foundation gained $288.6 million in assets, up from $130 million in 1995. Administrative expenses remained less than 1 percent of foundation assets, bringing total grantmaking since inception to nearly $266.8 million.
The Health Foundation invested $17 million in grants and charitable expenses through 139 grants across three priority areas to expand the opportunity for individuals to live healthy lives.
