Adriana joined the Paso del Norte Health Foundation as Director of Communications in January 2025. In this role, she leads internal and external communication strategies for the Foundation and supports its sister organization, Paso del Norte Community Foundation.

A proud El Pasoan, Adriana grew up in Socorro, Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a focus on Electronic Media from Texas State University. Adriana spent seven years working in broadcast journalism. She was a news reporter and anchor in the Rio Grande Valley from 2015 to 2017 and in El Paso from 2017 to 2021.

Following her journalism career, Adriana transitioned into education communications, where she established and led the Communications Department for Anthony Independent School District. Spanish is Adriana’s first language, and in her free time, she enjoys exploring the food, culture and unique experiences that make the Borderland special.
