Specifically, the Foundation seeks LOIs that propose evidence-based strategies to advance the goals of the initiative. Preference will be given to proposals that address one of the following:
Promote, advocate for, or analyze organizational or community-level policy or systemic changes aimed at helping adults quit, preventing the initiation of tobacco use among young people, reducing exposure to secondhand smoke, or reducing tobacco use among populations disproportionally affected by tobacco use.
Advance the implementation and sustainability of evidence-based individual-level interventions.

- Letters of intent due to Foundation: November 3, 2017
- Invitations for full proposals announced: December 4, 2017
- Meeting with Program Officer: December 11-18, 2017.
- Full proposals due: January 12, 2018
- Funding cycle starts: May 1, 2018, but other dates may be proposed
Eligibility And Selection Criteria
