Release Date: June 5, 2017
The Paso del Norte Health Foundation seeks Letters of Intent (LOIs) from eligible organizations to promote the Foundation’s Strategic Plan for the IGNITE Initiative.

- Are highly focused on disconnected youth
- Serve youth between the ages of 7-18 years old
- Reach at least 100 new youth
- Offer summer programming
The Foundation expects that out of school programs will embody the seven program quality characteristics and maintain a focus on increasing connection in the region.
Applicants are encouraged to download and read the IGNITE Strategic Plan at www.pdnhf.org.
LOIs will be reviewed and selected applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal. Applicants are encouraged to meet with Bianca De Leon, Associate Program Officer, before proposal submission.
